What We Do

Since 1991, Systems Consulting Group (SCG) has served a broad spectrum of clients in the banking, business to business, manufacturing, and architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) markets. During 2004, company management made the strategic decision to focus efforts on the AEC industry and has done so with great success.

The company now has multiple, referenceable AEC clients in Minnesota and, as a result, launched a national practice during 2009. SCG clients are on record stating that SCG has helped them save millions of dollars while improving service delivery.

While we provide qualitative benefits to our clients, it is our track record of providing quantitative benefits -- including dramatic improvements in profitability, cash flow, service delivery and competitive position -- with a fast ROI, that keep our clients coming back for more.

Subject Matter Experts (SME's) have experience in AEC project estimation, initiation and management; field data collection and field information management systems; Deltek and BST ERP/accounting applications; laboratory operations and information management systems (LIMS); and implementing/leveraging CRM systems.

Business Analysts including Six Sigma Master Black Belts (MBB's) can analyze and reengineer processes as well as transferring knowledge and certifying your staff.
