Dan Grady, Chief Executive Officer

Dan Grady joined Systems Consulting Group in July of 2006. He brings a track record of leadership, growth and success to SCG, along with a strong commitment to customers' success. Prior to joining SCG, Mr. Grady was Managing Director (Midwest) for NUVO Network Management, Inc., an Ottawa-based Managed Service Provider, where he directed NUVO's regional sales, partner recruitment and client service delivery. Mr. Grady played an integral role in integrating the acquisition of the Network Guidance Company (NGC), a firm NUVO acquired.

Previously, Mr. Grady was CEO of Network Guidance Company, a company he co-founded in 1996 and sold to NUVO in 2004. As CEO, Mr. Grady successfully guided the company from its initial concept, assembled the management team, raised startup funding, provided sales leadership and negotiated the eventual sale to NUVO. Prior to founding NGC, Mr. Grady spent 15 successful years in technology sales with such companies as Norstan, Novell and Borland International. Mr. Grady also serves on the board of the Minnesota High Tech Association and is a member of the CEO Roundtable.

Mike Anders, President and Chief Operating Officer

Mike Anders rejoined SCG in December of 2002 after previous service as its Director of Consulting Services. Prior to rejoining SCG, Mr. Anders was a Senior Manager with KPMG Consulting, Inc. in Sydney, Australia, where he was responsible for building the company's systems integration practice in Australia. He also had responsibility for KPMG Consulting's Financial Services IT practice for Southeast Asia. He recruited and led multinational teams across all industry segments and was responsible for large IT projects throughout the region. Mr. Anders personally provided consulting guidance related to mergers and integration, divestitures, IT services provisioning, and outsourcing.

Prior to his work with KPMG Consulting, Mr. Anders was with Barents Group, LLP out of Washington, D.C., where he provided information technology guidance to international banking clients. Before joining Barents Group, he served as SCG's Director of Consulting Services and led SCG's systems development and integration teams and provided management and information technology consulting services. Mr. Anders also held positions with Broadway & Seymour, Inc. (Charlotte, N.C.) and First Bank System (now US Bank), covering a 25-year career in information technology.
